Three ways to grow your volume and revenue per case organically in 2024 without spending more
Three ways to grow your volume and revenue per case organically in 2024 without spending more on marketing

Spending more money on marketing is not always going to yield better results. Learning to do better with the opportunities you are already getting is where some gold can be hidden. Here are three ways you can improve results with minimum expenditure.
1. Improve what families can see about your location, services, and staff
- Update all your business directory listings. Families see those first.
- Add photos of what services can look like.
- Eliminate as much stock photography as possible.
2. Improve your team's phone skills when it comes to working with families who call to research pricing and services.
- Teach them to ask families questions.
- Teach them how to navigate families to your website.
- Compare your team to your competitors by making "shopper calls."
3. Follow through on inquiries and track every one of them.
- Email details and links to every person after an inquiry.
- Have a follow-up plan for the next day.
- Track your opportunities and discuss why some did not convert.
Many businesses are doing a great job doing the right things with their marketing budgets. Without a systematic approach to managing and tracking opportunities, the return on ad spend and the cost per customer may be excessively high.
