Cancellation Policy

Attendee Registration Cancellation: If cancellations are received in writing before no later than 7 days prior to the event, we will refund your registration fee, less a $50 processing fee. Thereafter, fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled within 7 days of an event or for no-shows.  Thank you for understanding.

Exhibit Booth Cancellation: In order to reserve an Exhibit Booth, it must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event. Booths not paid timely are subject to resale. Cancellations in writing 60-30 days prior to the event will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled within 30 days of event or for no-shows. 

Registration Transfers: To transfer your registration to another person in your organization, please submit a request detailing changes via
e-mail two business days prior to the event. 

Photo/Image Release: By registering for any IFDF event, you are hereby granting permission to use any and all photographic imagery and video footage taken of you at the event and activities pertaining to the event, without payment or any consideration. you understand such materials may be published electronically or in print, or used in presentations or exhibitions.

Indemnity Clause: IFDF reserves the right to change meeting content, timing, speakers or venue without notice. The event may be postponed or cancelled due to acts of terrorism, war, extreme weather conditions, industrial action, less than expected attendees or any event beyond the control of IFDF. If such a situation arises, IFDF will endeavor to reschedule the event; however, IFDF cannot be held responsible for any cost, damage or expenses which may be incurred by the registrant as a consequence of the event being postponed or cancelled. Some registrants consider travel insurance to cover the cost of the registration, travel and expenses for these types of situations. IFDF is not responsible for any registrant's personal injury (i.e., physical, psychological, or emotional stress) or property damages while attending an IFDF event. Registrants assume all risks inherent in attending an IFDF event for which the registration covers, whether before, during or after the event.
